Job Title: HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

+ Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment issues.

+ Perform corrective measures to ensure optimal system performance.

+ Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs.

+ Provide clear explanations of repair options and recommendations.

+ Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system breakdowns.

+ Clean, adjust, and calibrate HVAC components.

+ Perform system inspections and identify potential issues.

+ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Essential Skills

+ Advanced understanding of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation principles.

+ Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent customer service skills.

+ Experience with commercial HVAC equipment.

+ CFC Certification.

+ Experience with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 10 years’ experience or more as an HVAC Service Technician.

+ Experience with duct work and electrical repairs.

+ Ability to work with indoor and outdoor units.

+ Experience in start-ups, preventative maintenance, and warranty repairs.
