**Job Title:** Quality Inspector – Morning Shift

**Pay Rate:** $20/hour

**Start Date:** ASAP

**Location:** Louisville

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Quality Inspector** to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about quality assurance and are eager to grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Training will be provided for measurement tools and calibration procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform inspections on in-process components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards

+ Utilize measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify product dimensions (training provided)

+ Document and report inspection results, including acceptance or rejection decisions and any deviations from specifications

+ Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to production processes and quality systems

+ Calibrate inspection tools as needed

+ Interpret technical documents such as work orders, inspection manuals, and bills of materials

Qualifications and Skills:

+ Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical documents

+ Experience with measurement tools is a plus, but not required

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues

+ Accurate documentation and reporting skills

+ Ability to follow procedures and work independently
