    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated and punctual individuals with some manufacturing experience to join our team as Basic Production Operators. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and the quality of our products.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor machinery to ensure seamless operation.

    + Alert maintenance personnel in case of machinery breakdowns.

    + Perform quality checks to identify and address defects or blemishes in products.

    + Label products as acceptable or in need of rework.

    + Pack products efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production and general manufacturing.

    + Ability to perform quality inspections.

    + Skill in monitoring machinery and conducting product inspections.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with labeling and packing products.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
