             Description Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Hybrid – El Segundo, CA) Pay Rate: ~$28-30/hour | Schedule: 3 days onsite | Start Date: As soon as next week We’re seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a fast-paced company in the digital marketing and consumer engagement industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting recruiting operations, managing details behind the scenes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The position is not a recruiter role—it’s a key support position for the recruiting function, offering a great opportunity to build skills and grow in the HR and talent space. Overview of Responsibilities: + Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders + Manage candidate communications and updates in the ATS (Paycom experience a plus) + Conduct initial phone screens and summarize feedback for the recruiting team + Maintain tracking sheets and candidate data in Google Workspace and Notion + Support onboarding logistics, offer letters, and other administrative HR tasks + Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Talent Advisor and recruiting team Requirements + Based in the Los Angeles area and able to work onsite in El Segundo three days per week + 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support + Excellent communication and organizational skills + Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities + Proficient in Google Workspace, Calendly, and Zoom + Polished, professional, and eager to grow in the HR/recruiting field + Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools TalentMatch® •Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
