Overview:

We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, and Simpli.fi/programmatic platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, and Simpli.fi/programmatic platforms.

+ Develop audience targeting strategies to maximize ROI and reduce wasted ad spend.

+ Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights on campaign performance.

+ Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align ad strategy with overall brand goals.

+ Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

+ Stay up to date on trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices in paid media.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of experience managing paid digital media campaigns (agency or in-house).

+ Proven success in Google Ads (Search & Display) campaign management, including keyword strategy, bid optimization, and conversion tracking.

+ Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen).

+ Familiarity with Simpli.fi or other programmatic advertising platforms (The Trade Desk, Basis, etc.).

+ Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and performance reporting.

+ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.

Nice to Have:

+ Experience with landing page optimization and retargeting strategy.

+ Background in B2B or multi-location marketing.
