    The Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance duties such as recommending needed repairs and capital improvement projects; operating hand tools, power tools, motorized equipment, and machinery to maintain grounds and building; performing road and driveway repairs and maintenance; assembling office furniture among others routine building maintenance activities in the Center.

    + * _Our competitive pay ranges from_ **_$25.00 to 30.00 per hour_** _based on education and experience_

    + Part Time Schedule: Weekends (Saturday or Sunday)

    + Maintenance skills: carpentry, painting, general assembly/repair

    Responsibilities:

    + Uphold our mission, culture, and values to ensure an inclusive environment and strong relationships with families, staff, and clients

    + The Maintenance Worker assists in making replacement and/or repair decisions for equipment, furnishings and appliances.

    Qualifications:

    Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

    + Two (2) years of service as a General Maintenance Worker including, but not limited to, experience with hand tools, power tools & heavy equipment, basic carpentry skills, and grounds keeping.

    + Possess a valid CT Drivers license from state of residence and able to lift or move 60 pounds.

    + Ability to work independently and have good customer service skills.
