Job Title: Demand Planner

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain planning and forecasting, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business intelligence.

+ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align forecasts with business objectives.

+ Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, adjusting models as needed to improve performance.

+ Identify risks and opportunities in demand planning and propose mitigation strategies.

+ Support inventory optimization initiatives to balance service levels and cost efficiency.

+ Prepare and present demand planning reports to leadership and stakeholders.

+ Utilize ERP and forecasting tools to manage data and generate insights.

Qualifications

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).

+ Experience:2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.

+ Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management principles.

+ Skills:Proficiency in Excel and demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
