Responsibilities
The Recruitment Marketing Digital Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that attract top talent to our organization. This role will collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to create and implement campaigns that enhance our employer brand, drive candidate engagement, and optimize the recruitment process.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategy Development:
Develops and executes comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support recruitment efforts.
Analyzes industry trends, target audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Identifies key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management:
Plans, creates, and manages digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, job boards, email, and the company’s career site.
Ensures consistent messaging and branding across all recruitment marketing channels.
Monitors and optimizes campaigns to improve performance and achieve recruitment goals.
Content Creation:
Collaborates with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content that attracts and retains candidates.
Creates and manages a content calendar aligned with recruitment goals and seasonal hiring needs.
Produces multimedia content (videos, infographics, blog posts, etc.) that highlights the company’s culture, values, and job opportunities.
Social Media/Job Board Management:
Manages and grows the company’s social media and job board presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Glassdoor and Indeed.
Engages with potential candidates through social media channels and builds relationships with online communities.
Monitors social media trends and leverages them to enhance recruitment efforts.
SEO & SEM:
Optimizes the company’s career site and job postings for search engines to increase visibility and organic traffic.
Manages pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to attract qualified candidates.
Tracks and reports on SEO and SEM performance, making adjustments as needed to improve results.
Analytics & Reporting:
Uses analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns.
Provides regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Utilizes data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
Employer Branding:
Works with the Talent Acquisition and marketing teams to strengthen and promote the company’s employer brand.
Creates and shares employee testimonials, success stories, and other content that showcases the company’s culture and work environment.
Ensures the company’s employer brand is effectively communicated across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
Posted Salary Range
USD $50,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
