Minimum Qualifications
+ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
+ Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
+ Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically Autism Spectrum Disorders, in homes and community settings.
Job Specification
+ The clinic provides applied behavior analysis services to children with autism ages 2-7 years old.
Job Duties and Other Information
+ Manages a caseload of clients and monitor their progress.
+ Provides direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy.
+ Provides parent/guardian/family training.
+ Writes Treatment plans and assessments.
+ Provide direct-line supervision of a team of specialist and contractors registered line technicians.
+ Provide initial and ongoing training to staff regarding how to implement behavioral programming with clients.
+ Complete medical records and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with policy and procedure.
+ Complete progress notes and sign at the time of service in compliance with charting and billing requirement.
+ Develops daily schedule for staff to follow.

Appointment Type: Unclassified
Work Schedule: 10 hours per day Monday - Thursday
Salary: Salary is based on qualifications.
