    Position Overview

    We're seeking a detail-oriented Depot Technician to join our dynamic Clinical Logistics team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our mission by ensuring Clinical Trial Materials, Ancillaries, and Lab Kits reach those who need them most. Working in our fast-paced environment, you'll have multiple opportunities to excel and grow your career in clinical research logistics.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Process Clinical Trial Materials according to established protocols, including picking, packing, and quality control

    + Conduct thorough quality control checks and promptly report any issues affecting product integrity

    + Support material management activities including destruction, recalls, reconciliation, and returns

    + Maintain accurate inventory records and monitoring systems

    + Assist with general maintenance of premises and equipment

    + Manage filing and archiving activities with precision and attention to detail

    + Follow standardized workflows from Parexel or specific clients

    Qualifications

    + High School or Vocational degree (comprehensive training will be provided)

    + Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

    + Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

    + Knowledge of or willingness to learn GxP regulations

    + Previous warehouse support experience required

    + Packaging and labeling experience in pharmaceutical or biological industry preferred

    + Proficiency in written and spoken English

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    + Good hand-eye coordination
