Job Description
An employer is seeking a UX - Customer Journey Guide to join their team in Spring, TX. He or she will be joining a Product Planning Team focusing on the organizations various Premium Products and will be responsible for creating and implementing a customer journey guide for both internal and external customers to utilize. There is no one currently doing this work, so the ideal candidate will come with extensive knowledge and background on how to work through various gaps in creating the journey guide but also identify new gaps that can be resolved through a journey guide creation. He or she will collaborate with various internal and external team members to understand needs and objectives to help gather insight to help with writing out the journey for each customer. In addition, the UX Guide will assist with scheduling customers to have the team then host customer programs. They will not be expected to participate, but rather support the scheduling efforts between the customer and the company, which will help in the journey guide creation. This role is onsite 3 days a week and the hourly pay ranges from $40 - $45/hr depending on experience and feedback from the client.

Skills and Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience creating UX/Customer journey guides
Experience with PowerPoint, Mirroboard or other tools for guide creation
Understanding of journey mapping and ability to launch it from the ground up
Comfortable working with both internal and external customers to collaborate and schedule with
