We are seeking a dedicated **Packaging Technician** to join our team in **Wilmington, NC** . This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient inspection, labeling, and packaging of solid dose and parenteral pharmaceutical products for commercial distribution and clinical trials. The Packaging Technician will operate inspection and packaging-related processing equipment.

**Location:** Wilmington, NC

**Shift:** 7 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with **mandatory** **overtime** Friday hours from 7 AM - 5:30 PM

**Pay Rate:** Up to $20/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:

+ Accurately document all activities and procedures.

+ Perform basic math calculations.

+ Operate solid dose inspection, labeling, and packaging equipment.

+ Use material handling equipment to manage product flow.

+ Conduct in-process checks and component counting.

+ Clean rooms, tools, and equipment as required.

+ Ensure timely completion of tasks while complying with cGMP and all relevant company training requirements.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ No manufacturing experience needed.

+ Mechanical or pharmaceutical experience is not required; however, mechanical aptitude or experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
