What You’ll Do
+ Deliver **prompt, courteous, and professional service** to Contract Holders, Sales Representatives, Agents, Dealers, and internal customers.
+ Answer incoming calls efficiently and resolve contract-related questions (status, terms, coverage).
+ Provide underwriting guidance on vehicle eligibility.
+ Process cancellations, quotes, and new business accurately.
+ Handle check processing and assist with special projects.
+ Offer backup coverage for the front desk.

+ **Bilingual (Spanish):** A plus!
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Dealership/automotive/accounting experience is a plus
+ 0–1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred).
+ Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Training Schedule
+ **Monday–Friday:** 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Mountain Time)
+ Duration: **3–6 weeks**
+ Overtime as needed
Regular Schedule
+ **Monday–Friday:** 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Mountain Time)
+ Some overtime required as authorized by management
Important:
+ Attendance required on the last day of every month until all business is processed.
+ If month-end falls on a weekend, work the last Saturday until completion (never Sundays).

**Pay Philosophy:** The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Salary Range $27,800 - $36,900
