    We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit At Waltham, a 12-bed, secure inpatient psychiatric unit.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Providing nursing care to patients and families in our

    + Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.

    + Providing education to patients and families.

    + Facilitating group therapies.

    + Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff.

    + 36 hours, nights, every other weekend and every other holiday.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education:

    + A bachelor's degree in nursing

    Experience:

    + 1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric RN experience preferred.

    + Charge nurse experience preferred.

    Licensure/Certifications

    + Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
