About Your Summer Internship Program:

The Dollar Tree Summer Internship Program offers an enriching **10-week paid internship opportunity** that takes place at our corporate headquarters in Chesapeake, Virginia. About Your Role:

The E-Commerce Marketing Analytics Intern will play a key role in supporting the Digital Marketing Team's strategic growth and performance measurement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply strong **analytical skills** to real-world marketing and business challenges, specifically focusing on our **B2B E-Commerce strategy** and **digital campaign success** . At the end of the program, each intern will be responsible for a presentation centered on what they learned and a real-world challenge/opportunity they helped to solve.

Required Skills and Experience:

+ Junior or Senior, currently pursuing a degree in **Marketing Analytics** , **Finance** , or a related quantitative field.

+ **Strong analytics background** , with proven experience in data analysis and reporting.

+ Experience with, or strong desire to learn, **Google Analytics** .

+ Proficiency in the use of reporting visualization tools and the **creation of dashboards** .

+ Expert-level proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas).

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.

+ A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong willingness to learn.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
