Our client, a Logistics Organization is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be part of the Inventory Specialist department supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience with inventory or logistics which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Pay Range: $45,000 - $49,000

What’s the Job?

+ Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy using company systems and tools

+ Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits (wall-to-wall)

+ Reconcile discrepancies and identify root causes of inventory issues

+ Partner with management to ensure adherence to inventory SOP's

+ Support the Inventory Control Manager with special projects and reporting

What’s Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred

+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory control or quality control

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); willing to learn new software

+ Dependable attendance and ability to work both independently and in a team

+ Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends
