CNC Programmer / CNC Setup Specialist

_Salary: $24 to $48 (Based on Experience)_

We are seeking a **highly skilled CNC Programmer/CNC Setup Specialist** to help drive productivity and precision in a manufacturing operation. If you’re passionate about machining, quality, and mentoring others, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Program and set up Haas 5th axis CNC mills and multi-axis lathes using Mastercam.

+ Perform quality checks and monitor machine.

+ Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes for efficiency.

Requirements:

+ **5+ years of experience** CNC Programming (Mill and Lathe).

+ Ability to set up and operate Haas 5th axis CNC mills and multi-axis lathes.

+ Strong understanding for various machining operations.

+ Experience working with aluminum, steel, plastics, copper, Invar/Kovar, Inconel, titanium.

+ Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and documents

+ Math skills and mechanical aptitude.
