    Our client, in Endwell, NY is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Manufacturing Associate** to join their production team. In this role, you will be responsible for various manufacturing,final assembly, packaging and shippings tasks, while performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.     Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

     

    Pay Range:$18/hr

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Utilizing various tools in the assembly process, including screw driver, drilling,deburring, and soldering electronic components

    + PC Board population, hand solder and wire cutting

    + Performing a variety of assembly or production duties with minimal supervision

    + Create and/or follow final assembly procedures and provide feedback for process improvements

    + Packaging of finished goods for shipment

    + Frequent lifting and moving of materials up to 50 pounds

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Prior manufacturing or Assembly experience

    + Ability to work as a team or independently

    + Detailed oriented

    + Knowledge of basic hand tools, drilling,deburring, and soldering

    + Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs with no restrictions.
