Our client, a leading organization in the construction and data center industry, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager-San Antonio to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager-San Antonio, you will be part of the Safety Department supporting project teams and construction operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Construction Safety Manager-San Antonio

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

+ Oversee all aspects of complex electrical structures and construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance

+ Consult with executive management on contractor safety plans and ensure their implementation

+ Review and oversee construction Health & Safety management procedures

+ Attend safety department and management meetings, training workshops, and daily briefings

+ Oversee subcontractors and contractors, ensuring competency and safety adherence

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 10 years' construction safety experience with formal qualifications in health and safety management

+ Extensive experience in contractor communications and liaising with design and project teams

+ Advanced experience working on data center or mission-critical builds

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Proficient computer skills, including viewing and editing PDFs
