    We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect with a minimum of five years of experience in architectural project management. This role requires a professional who has extensive knowledge and experience in handling healthcare projects, specifically with HCAI/OSHPD standards. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program is a must.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.

    + Ensure all projects comply with HCAI/OSHPD standards and regulations.

    + Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

    + Utilize REVIT and AutoCAD software effectively in project design and documentation.

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends and technologies to incorporate into project designs.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project architect.

    + Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD software.

    + Licensed to practice architecture in California.

    + Experience with healthcare projects and understanding of HCAI/OSHPD standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Membership in the American Institute of Architects (AIA) is beneficial.

    + Strong leadership and project management skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    This is a Permanent position based out of LONG BEACH, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

     

    Company allows employees to sit anywhere in the west coast. Can work fully remote or onsite at their Long Beach Office.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a hybrid position in LONG BEACH,CA.
