Job Summary
The Sr Associate, Digital and Transformation, PMO will be supporting and driving collaboration with the various Digital and Transformation teams in different locations to support Business and Project management office. This role provide support to project team across SAP, West Digital, Infra, e-Commerce and other applications to ensure project tasks and status are up to date.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Independently provide support to project managers to ensure project tasks, status are up to date. For example: Collecting Program Status Information, an update cycle of work plans, issues, and changes, collected from project leads at routine intervals.
+ Provide support for the tools and software used by the project management teams throughout the organization, He/she should have fair understanding of Azure DevOps tool.
+ Perform periodic process audits, review process setup lead times, and continuously review and improve the process.
+ Consults the stakeholders to identify and learn about current procedures and to clarify further requirements. Supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of all SAP processes related to the area of responsibility.
+ Manage and control the access to formulation information data due to sensitivity of data. Communicate key digital messages, goals, and objectives to team members in their local geographies or business units to drive alignment and a high-performance culture.
+ Helping on digitization of the site leveraging SAP, Power BI, and technology lead initiatives to drive real time decision making.
+ Provide reports on the detailed financial planning, reporting, and analysis of the Digital and Transformation Projects, analysis to the Project Directors.
+ Lead global/regional initiatives and other special projects/duties assigned, as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities
Education
+ Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Project Management required
Work Experience
+ Minimum 5 years 5+ years of relevant experience required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Good financial acumen including analytical, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
+ Skills in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks
+ Good problem solving, process improvement and organizational skills
+ Good interpersonal skills and the ability to present concepts and results in a concise manner to all levels of the organization
+ Understanding the “what” and the “why” behind results
+ Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
+ Experience in business intelligence tools
+ Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
License and Certifications
Travel Requirements
10%: Up to 26 business days per year
Physical Requirements
Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
