Job Title:** **Framer
Pay: $25-$32/HR Depending on experience
Overview:
Join a growing team building modular homes for multi-family, living, and hospitality projects. Work in a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility where homes are built in a production setting and shipped to site for assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Read and follow blueprints and construction plans.
+ Frame walls, floors, and doorways using wood, plastic, and other materials.
+ Lead and coordinate crew activities in a production environment.
+ Assign tasks based on materials and team capabilities.
+ Ensure safety protocols are followed and tools are maintained.
+ Monitor progress and report crew performance and KPIs to the Plant Manager.
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial construction.
+ Skilled in prefab and stick framing.
+ Prior leadership experience as a Lead or Foreman.
+ Blueprint reading and basic electrical knowledge.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
+ Experience in modular, residential, or commercial construction.
+ Proficient in framing, carpentry, and door installation.
+ Familiarity with building codes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
