What You’ll Do:
+ Operate state-of-the-art robotic welding machines in a fast-paced production setting
+ Use gauges and measuring tools to ensure every part meets top-tier quality standards
+ Read and interpret blueprints to bring precision and accuracy to every project
+ Set up fixtures, load parts, and run welding programs with confidence
+ Lead with skill — your expertise in MIG and robotic welding will help shape the final product
What You Bring:
+ Solid experience in MIG and robotic welding
+ Ability to read blueprints and understand weld processes
+ Certification in Weld Technology, especially robotic programming
+ At least 6 years as a robotic welder or 2 years as a weld technician
+ Willingness to learn FANUC and Panasonic MIG welding robots
Bonus Skills:
+ Experience in fabrication and spot welding
+ High school diploma or GED

Work Environment:
First shift runs from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday. The shop stays clean and organized, with fans at each station to keep things comfortable during warmer months.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
