    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for loading buckets and covers into a cleaning and sanitizing machine. This involves grabbing buckets and covers from pallets, placing them into the washer, monitoring the machine, and stacking items for drying. The role is highly repetitive and also includes duties such as palletizing, wrapping pallets, assisting operators with moving materials, and other general labor tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Load buckets and covers into cleaning and sanitizing machines.

    + Monitor machines during the cleaning process.

    + Stack cleaned items for drying.

    + Palletize and wrap pallets.

    + Assist operators with moving materials.

    + Perform general labor duties as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift 40 lbs.

    + Comfortable with repetitive work.

    + Ability to stand on feet throughout the shift.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

    + Warehouse or palletizing experience is beneficial.

    + Forklift experience or willingness to learn is a big plus.

    + Manufacturing experience is highly regarded.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a very clean and organized environment within a chemical mixing and production setting. The workplace is temperature controlled with minimal odors, emphasizing safety. The team consists of about 15 employees, with 4 members on the night shift. The shift runs from 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday, with occasional overtime.

    This is a Permanent position based out of North Branch, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
