As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production and packaging of components used in medical devices at our Grand Rapids, MI site. You will be an integral part of a manufacturing team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a cleanroom environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform various production assembly operations, both repetitive and non-repetitive, following Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.

    + Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and assembly instructions.

    + Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools to prepare products.

    + Conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed products.

    + Perform quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

    + Operate packaging machines and manage labeling materials.

    Essential Skills

    + General labor skills.

    + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

    + Assembly and production knowledge.

    + Medical assembly experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a clean room manufacturing environment is a plus.

    + Proficiency in using measuring devices and hand tools.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, wearing personal protective equipment such as eyewear, ear plugs, hair net, and protective gowning. The role is part of the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
