    Job Title: Assembler

    Responsibilities

    + Operate at various stations throughout the battery line.

    + Conduct quality checks on parts.

    + Pack and prepare parts for shipment.

    + Assemble and sub-assemble battery packs.

    + Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the cell and facility.

    Essential Skills

    + Production experience.

    + Assembly skills.

    + General labor proficiency.

    + Ability to follow instructions and stay attentive.

    + Capability to learn multiple stations in the manufacturing process.

    + Ability to stand and remain active for shifts ranging from 8-12 hours.

    + Comfortable performing assigned tasks, including moving materials and assisting in operations.

    + Engagement throughout the entire shift.

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Ability to quickly understand tasks and goals.

    + Adherence to company policies, including leaving cell phones in lockers.

    + Ability to lift or move 15-20 pounds at a time.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Candidates must demonstrate the ability to learn tasks and take direction effectively.

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
