    Machine Operator – Contract to Hire

    **Location:** New Richmond, WI

    Shifts:

    + 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

    + 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

    + **Type:** Contract-to-Hire

    We’re hiring Machine Operators to run specialized equipment that weaves metal rods into industrial screens used in mining and material separation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced shop where accuracy and consistency matter. If you’re mechanically inclined and ready to grow your skills, we’ll train you and help you cross-train into fabrication.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Operate machinery to weave metal rods into custom screens

    + Load rods and materials into machines based on daily work instructions

    + Follow job specs and instructions to meet production goals

    + Inspect finished screens for quality and accuracy

    + Support fabrication tasks as needed during downtime

    Experience:

    + Experience operating industrial machinery

    + Familiarity with brake press and shear operations

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not required)

    + Solid understanding of machine functions and safety protocols

    + Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

    Bonus Skills:

    + Fabrication experience

    + Blueprint reading skills

    + Team-oriented mindset and attention to detail

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Richmond, WI.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
