Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to essential financial operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions. Responsibilities:

• Verify and process receipts, invoices, and timesheets, ensuring all documentation is accurate and balanced.

• Input various financial data into the organization's database systems with precision and attention to detail.

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of accounting databases by performing daily data entry tasks related to budgets, purchase orders, and account balances.

• Assist in account reconciliation processes to support overall financial reporting.

• Respond promptly to inquiries from tenants, vendors, clients, and staff, providing accurate and helpful information.

• Compile and prepare necessary reports and forms based on collected financial data.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

• Monitor and report discrepancies in financial transactions to supervisors.

• Support the team with clerical tasks and documentation as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable processes, including invoice management and payment tracking.

• Experience with financial software such as Yardi or similar platforms.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Familiarity with account reconciliation procedures and practices.

• Ability to handle clerical duties and maintain organized financial records.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial systems.
