    About the Role: Ambulatory Nursing Manager

     

    As an **Ambulatory Nursing Manager** , you will lead clinical operations within our Family Medicine department, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care. You’ll oversee policy implementation, budget management, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education programs aligned with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate patient care and promote evidence-based practices

    + Manage department operations including staffing and budgeting

    + Foster a supportive and professional environment for nursing staff

    + Ensure safe, compassionate care for patients and families

    + Advocate for patients, families, and team members

    Qualifications & Success Factors:

    + Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, medical terminology, ethics, and privacy laws

    + Ability to care for diverse age groups

    + Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

    + Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and community service

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in nursing

    + Have a minimum of (3) three years' experience in this field

    + Are licensed as Registered Nurses

    + Must already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
