    Role Requirements: Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Ampscript. Experience utilizing HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email. Develop/modify email templates and existing campaigns. Contribute to the continued modernization and evolution of the direct channel ecosystem. Apply the best practices in email development, email compliance regulations, and accessibility. Set up and test complex email campaigns with dynamic content, and SMS messaging. Ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices. Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues. Proactively work with teammates to improve processes and work methods for greater efficiency. Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation technology. Skills that will set you apart: Knowledge of and experience with writing/editing SQL queries. Experience creating and maintaining Cloud Pages. Experience creating and maintaining reporting dashboards. Knowledge of SMS implementation and maintenance.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
