Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to get your foot in the door with a reputable company in the greater Milwaukee area? Join our team as an Insurance Document Associate, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our insurance operations through document handling, mail processing, and data accuracy.

On-site | M–F, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

+ Open, evaluate, and distribute incoming mail to the correct business units.

+ Identify and acknowledge receipt of documents per established guidelines.

+ Review and classify underwriting and claims documents for scanning and indexing.

+ Handle FedEx sorting, print-out delivery, and electronic document conversion.

+ Perform quality assurance checks on scanned and faxed documents.

+ Support document scanning, re-scanning, and troubleshooting.

+ Assist with miscellaneous duties such as LAN monitoring, document shipping, and responding to rescan requests.

What You Bring:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 1–2 years of mail handling or customer service experience.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.

+ Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.

+ Ability to lift 15–20 lbs consistently.

+ Strong team player with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
