This position will support the Brand and Media Performance Media teams, which oversee our media planning, buying and execution efforts across active media channels (Search, Affiliate, Paid Social, Display, Video, TV and Streaming programs).

Position Purpose:

+ Assist with the setup, QA, and tracking of paid media campaigns (e.g., search, display, social, TV/Streaming).

+ Help monitor campaign performance and compile reports to identify trends and insights.

+ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate data collection and campaign execution.

+ Contribute to documentation and process improvements related to media operations and tracking.

Skills/Qualifications:

+ Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Business Analytics, or a related field.

+ Interest in digital marketing, media operations, or marketing analytics.

+ Familiarity with digital ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Microsoft Search) or analytics tools (GA4) is a plus.

+ Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and technical systems.

+ Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to haves:

+ Experience with product data feeds, GenAI platforms, Ad serving platforms (CA360), & DSPs (DV360)

+ Understanding of UTM parameters, pixels, or conversion tracking.

+ Previous internship or coursework in digital marketing or media buying.
