    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

     

    Hybrid Flexibility: Onsite Monday–Thursday, Work from Home Friday

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead daily accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and payroll

    + Review reconciliations and financial reports for accuracy

    + Manage month-end and year-end close processes

    + Create financial statements and support external tax accountants

    + Supervise and mentor a team of 4 accounting staff

    + Optimize labor scheduling and budgeting using tools like Power BI

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues and improve processes

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

    + 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role

    + Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

    + Excellent communication skills, especially with remote stakeholders

    + High attention to detail and strong leadership abilities

    Work Environment

    Office-based with hybrid flexibility. Candidates must be able to commute to Seymour, CT four days a week.

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
