### Job Duties

Join a Big Lake, MN company who has been innovating the boating experience for over 30 years! As a Boat Assembly Technician, you'll be building boat parts using a variety of power tools and production equipment in a state-of-the-art facility. This is a physical role that includes lifting up to 40 lbs., operating an overhead crane, and standing/walking for the entire shift.

Responsibilities and Duties

Build boat parts, sub-systems, and components

Perform quality checks

Operate various power tools and production equipment

Performs other related duties as assigned

### Minimum Education Required

High School degree or equivalent

### Minimum Experience Required

Ability to read and understand work orders and production reports

Ability to operate overhead crane

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, and reach overhead

Ability to perform strong pinch and grip

Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours a day
