Position Overview
Provide both system and user support for pricing applications that are utilized by the Planning and Buying teams.
A Day In The Life
Planning and Analysis
+ Responsible for managing the MIO.price mailbox.
+ Ensure that all price changes are executed in a timely manner.
+ Provide price change email confirmations to buying team.
+ Maintains the Price Change tracker to obtain appropriate approvals.
+ Manage Vendor Allowance entries.
+ Manage Holiday Motif markdowns.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to research and resolve pricing conflicts/issues.
+ Compile data and update data sources to create the Markdown Recommendation Pre-Week report and Internal Audit material and incorporate planning feedback for weekly executive review.
+ Support Hierarchy update activities and provide User/Admin support for MDO, MDM and RMT as needed.

+ Develops and maintains effective working relationship with members of cross-functional teams (Buying, Planning, IT, Store Operations).
+ Keeps individual, division, and total company goals in mind when making decisions.

You'll Come With
Experience:
+ 2-3 years experience in corporate retail.
+ Experience in Pricing or Planning systems is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
+ Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent organization skills and detail-orientation with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time.
+ Ability to manage through conflict and problem resolution.
+ Strong computer skills with a thorough knowledge base of Microsoft Excel.
+ Ability to identify and apply systems solutions to business problems.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Ability to adapt to changes.
