**Role Title** : Onshore Delivery lead

**Location** : Novi, Michigan

Job Description

**Technology Skills:** Data Center, Networking and Delivery Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary onsite liaison for client stakeholders.

• Understand client business needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans.

• Manage expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Project & Delivery Management

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality adherence.

• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Track project milestones, risks, and issues; implement mitigation plans.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor onsite and offshore team members.

• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Governance & Reporting

• Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Provide delivery dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual obligations, and quality standards.

• Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

• Drive innovation and value-add initiatives for the client.
