CTG is seeking to fill a Document Custodian Vault Analyst opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.

**Location:** Buffalo, NY

**Duration:** 2 months

Overview:

Join a team-focused environment where attention to detail and organization are key. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in inventory or file room operations who enjoy structured, repetitive tasks and are comfortable using laptops and software.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage, organize, and maintain document storage in vaults and filing systems.

+ Track, retrieve, and process documents accurately and efficiently.

+ Perform daily inventory checks to ensure records are correct.

+ Operate laptops and software to maintain documentation and reporting.

+ Follow procedures to ensure security and compliance of confidential materials.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Self-motivated team player who thrives in a structured environment.

+ Comfortable using laptops and basic software applications.

+ Prior experience in inventory, file room, or document management environments.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

+ None; individual contributor role.

Education & Experience Required:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous experience in document management or inventory operations.

Education & Experience Preferred:

+ Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
