WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility. This role supports daily operations by performing routine cleaning tasks, responding to maintenance needs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

+ Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, andcommon areas

+ Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors in production and administrative areas

+ Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste todesignateddisposal areas

+ Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

+ Clean windows, walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed

+ Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, reporting leaks)

+ Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

+ Assistwith setup and cleanup for meetings or facility events

+ Respond to urgent cleaning or sanitation needs as directed

+ Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions

YOU HAVE:

+ Preference given to candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent experience

+ Previousjanitorial or custodial experience in an industrial or commercial setting is a plus

+ Ability tooperatecleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums)

+ Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices

+ Strong attention to detail and reliability

+ Proficiencyin working independently and following guidelines

+ Physical ability tolift upto 50lbsand perform repetitive tasks
