    Job Opening: Early Childhood Special Education Teacher (PK–1)

     
     

    Are you a dynamic and experienced special education teacher with a passion for early childhood education? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and lead special education services for a caseload of 8–10 students in a PK–1 setting.

     
     

    + Licensed Special Educator with a valid Cross Categorical DPI License (required)

    + Strong background in learning and behavioral disabilities

    + Proven experience working with urban student populations

    + Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide a team of educators

    + Deep commitment to providing mandated services and supporting the whole child

     
     

    + Start Date: November 10, 2025

    + Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

    + Caseload: 8–10 students

    + Focus: Learning and behavioral disabilities

    + Contract: Remainder of the 2025–26 school year, with potential to extend

    + Pay: Competitive, starting at $43/hour
