    Primary Responsibilities

    + Assist with store training on Mastercraft doors

    + Grow the Mastercraft markets

    + Meet and land new contractors in Menards

    + Represent Midwest Manufacturing at grand openings, preview nights, and home shows

    Skills/Requirements

    Position Requirements:

    Degree in any of the following OR experience in the following fields:

    + Business Administration/Management

    + Operations Management

    + Marketing

    + Construction

    + Door sales

    + CAD

     

    Exceptional guest service skills

     

    Attention to detail

     

    Strong project management skills

     

    Good computer skills

     

    Able to manage multiple concurrent activities
