Your Role as an LPN

+ Provide attentive, direct nursing care to residents

+ Guide and support nursing assistants on each shift

+ Administer medications/treatments and monitor for changes

+ Document care accurately, including medications and treatments

+ Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members

+ Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked for excellent care

+ Foster a respectful, collegial environment for all

What You Need

+ Active Ohio LPN license (in good standing)

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program

+ Valid CPR certification

+ Knowledge of long-term care best practices and regulations

+ Strong leadership and critical thinking skills

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Experience in assisted living/long-term care preferred
