Summary

Successful candidates will have experience with electrical assemblies, soldering or cable assemblies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Read and understand manufacturing instructions/connector assembly procedures written in English.

+ Ability to gather materials and tooling necessary to perform work in an organized manner.

+ Manual dexterity to handle small hand tools including soldering iron/crimping tools/cutters.

+ Ability to work as a team member.

+ Communicate verbally with co-workers to keep a safe working environment.

+ Numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructions.

+ Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies.

+ Preferred solder certified.

+ Perform other duties assigned by manager

Job Requirements

+ High School Diploma or equivalent education.

+ Effective experience in a Manufacturing environment.

+ Good Math Skills with ability to count and measure.

+ Able to comprehend English written and verbal instructions.

+ Able to do repetitive piece work and hit production quota.
