    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Technician:

    + Complete assigned work orders for maintenance and repairs across multiple investor-owned properties

    + Inspect and accurately report overall property conditions to office leadership

    + Communicate promptly about any issues that could affect timelines or job progress

    + Travel daily between properties - must provide own transportation

    + Work efficiently to maintain quality standards and support accurate investor invoicing

    + Use sound judgment, observation, and diagnostic skills

    Available shifts:

    Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

    Job requirements:

    + Proven experience in industrial or property maintenance and repair work

    + Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and computer skills

    + Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds

    + Must be able to work independently and manage multiple assignments

    + Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and basic repair tools required
