• Schedule: 2nd Shift – 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday–Friday, Saturday as required)

• Employment type: Full-time, Contract-to-Hire

What’s a typical day as a General Utility Associate? You will:

+ Set up molds and prepare them for foam injection.

+ Read and interpret job travelers and product specifications accurately.

+ Select appropriate film types and change rolls as needed.

+ Adjust foam amounts based on mold requirements and part size.

+ Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency.

+ Clean and maintain foam guns, ensuring no blockages occur.

+ Track and report waste materials.

+ Assist in production changeovers and mold adjustments.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area following housekeeping standards.

+ Identify and report product or equipment issues promptly.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

+ High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

+ Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Physically able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production setting.

Preferred but Not Required:

+ 2 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience.

+ Experience working with foam or injection molding equipment.

+ Basic computer knowledge for recording data.
