The Delta Flight
Products in-flight entertainment content coordinator is responsible for
managing the content integration services required to deliver monthly media
updates to more than 200 Delta aircraft.
This individual reviews audio/video and metadata and uploading of
content onto hard drives to support delivery of monthly content updates and
coordinates with internal resources and external stakeholders to manage the
content delivery process.
Primary
Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and perform monthly integrationof entertainment content for the DFP Wireless IFE system, including video andaudio reviews, metadata reviews, and content supplier coordination.Create, review, and updated configurationmanagement systems for all content assets, including internal server managementand assets deployed to aircraft for content loading.
+ Coordinatewith Delta Air Lines Marketing and product support teams as a Delta Flight Productsliaison for content strategies and implementation.Coordinate internal Delta Flight Productsresources to support monthly content releases (including label creation,configuration management and shipping of media)
+ Maintaincontent lab setup, ensuring the system stays current with all Delta FlightProducts’ IFE systems as required to provide proper testing of outgoingmedia.Follow all quality assuranceprocesses concerning all outgoing media and asset operations.
+ Maintainprocesses and procedures ensuring ongoing security requirements are met for allcontent media.
+ Track key IFEcontent metrics, milestones and actions/ongoing issues
+ Some working knowledge of IFE systems and/orcontent management related tools, processes, and industry.
+ Candidate must beable to successfully execute and manage the scope, schedule of complexprojects.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Will consider a Bachelor’s degree orequivalent level of education and/or work experience
+ Three (3) Years ofexperience managing complex projects.
+ Some working knowledge of IFE systems and/orcontent management related tools, processes, and industry.
+ Candidate must beable to successfully execute and manage the scope, schedule of complexprojects.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work inthe United States.

+ Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative field, including engineering, math, finance, business, or marketing
