As a **Security Officer - Industrial Site Patrol** in **San Francisco, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment, while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication to all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and observe for unusual activities.

+ Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security-related risks discovered during patrols within the location.

+ Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors by providing information and addressing their security-related concerns as they arise.

+ Document and communicate any incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs observed during patrols according to Allied Universal procedures.

+ Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters as required.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
