• _Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (flexible start at 4:00 AM, some Saturdays required)_

About the Role

Join a precision-driven team where your hands-on skills help shape life-saving medical devices. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you’ll be responsible for assembling, labeling, and packaging medical cables, performing in-process testing, and working with hand tools in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assemble and package medical cables with accuracy and care

+ Perform in-process testing and operate basic hand tools and production equipment

+ Carry out tasks such as prepping, stripping, tinning, crimping, and soldering

+ Read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings

+ Maintain accurate process documentation

+ Adhere to all safety and quality standards

What You Bring

+ 3–6 months of assembly/soldering experience (2–3 years preferred for higher pay)

+ Proficiency with hand tools and cleanroom protocols

+ Soldering experience (required)

+ Background in medical device manufacturing (preferred)

+ Basic computer and measurement skills (rulers, calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
