Now Hiring: Mechanical Assembler ($22–$26/hr) – Minneapolis, MN:

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to build something that matters? We’re looking for skilled Mechanical Assemblers to join our team in a hands-on role focused on precision assembly and electrical integration of vehicle components.

What You’ll Do:

+ Assemble and mount grills with precision, including wipers, warning lights, backlighting, and headlights

+ Read and follow blueprints to build level bumpers

+ Charge, test, and evacuate air conditioning systems to spec

+ Install and wire electrical components like lights, speakers, and sirens

+ Run system tests to ensure everything works flawlessly

+ Take on additional tasks as needed — we value flexibility and teamwork

Preferred Experience:

+ Solid mechanical assembly skills

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints

+ Experience with hand and power tools

+ Comfort with electrical assembly and tape measure reading

Schedule:

+ 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 am–3:30 pm or 6:00 am–4:30 pm (based on supervisor)

+ Fridays are mandatory; expect 45–50 hours/week

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr.
