    Description

    Our Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to assist our Child and Adult Neurodevelopmental Clinic (CAN). The CAN is a training clinic for neuropsychological and psychodiagnostics assessment servicing children, adolescents, and adults. Primary duties include:

     

    + Assist with patient intakes (screening, tracking, and referrals)

    + Coordinating patients appointments

    + Assist with clinic filing systems

    + Other duties as assigned

    Please note: this is for the 2025-2026 Academic Year

    Salary range: $18.20/hr - $30/hrQualifications

     

    + Must be current UCLA Student

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    + Ability to assist with data entry for research studies

    + Ability to schedule patient and administrative appointments

    + Ability to interact appropriately and congenially with all staff and patients

    + Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with direction

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality
