    The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented **Mid-Level** **I** **nformation Technology Project Management Specialist** to join the team in North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; El Segundo, CA; Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Jacksonville FL; Ridley Park, PA; Renton, WA; San Antonio, TX; Berkeley, MO; or Hazelwood, MO **.**

     

    The Boeing Company is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Project Manager to join our Subsidiary Cybersecurity Risk Management and Data Strategy Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and managing Information Technology (IT) project plans and deliverables, ensuring alignment with risk management objectives and adherence to quality standards.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans and deliverables that support subsidiary risk management initiatives

    + Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet established quality and risk management criteria

    + Identify resource requirements and coordinate the acquisition of necessary support to facilitate successful project execution

    + Establish and implement effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle

    + Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact

    + Analyze and synthesize data to provide clear insights and guide projects toward successful completion

    + Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within project teams

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 3+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects

    + Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

    + Experience utilizing project management tools and methods

    + Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

    + Experience with organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

    + Experience driving innovation and cultivate a collaborative team environment

    + Experience working in situations with ambiguity and evolving priorities

    Summary pay range: $98,600 - $142,600
